Already removed the app?
Email us from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within one month at most.

Open Alleytale, go to Settings and choose Delete my account, then confirm. You are signed out at once, and the account can no longer be used.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, your walks and their routes, the facts you saved, and the photos you attached. Any unused credits go with it.
What we keep
Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. They are no longer linked to you.
How long it takes
Deleting starts the moment you confirm. The data behind your account is removed shortly after, and there is no grace period in which it can be restored.
